Types Of Exercise To Get You Moving In 2014
Many of our CoolSculpting clients ask us what type of exercise they should do in order to maintain their results after their treatments. As long as you make sure to get some form of exercise every day, you’re doing great! Remember, don’t push yourself too hard, and make sure you’re exercising at a level that’s both challenging for you, but comfortable for you at the same time.
Here are a few suggestions to get you started.
Walking is a great low-impact exercise that almost anyone can do, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Start with a walk around the block, and gradually add a few minutes to your time.
Swimming is great if you have back problems because the water offers you a great deal of support. Many local YMCA organizations offer water classes like Zumba and water weight lifting, to help you reach your goals.
If you don’t want to attend an aerobics class, pick up a workout DVD and get moving at home. Aerobics are good for your heart, and they’re fun too!
