There are so many great foods out there that we just love, and it’s hard for us to imagine living our lives without them. If that sounds like you, we have a few diet tips for you that are actually easy to follow, giving you great results, regardless of your weight loss goals.

Tip #1: Listen to your stomach – All too often, we tend to eat until we’re full, or even overfull. That’s because when we eat, we don’t spend time listening to our body’s signals, telling us that it’s time to stop. Practice listening to your stomach, and understanding when you feel comfortable, instead of full. Once you get to that point, it’s time to stop eating.

Tip #2: Understand your stomach size – Your stomach is only about the size of your fist. That is the amount of food you require, each time you eat. It doesn’t look like much, does it? That’s because we really don’t need as much food as we’ve trained ourselves to believe.

Tip #3: Learn to concentrate on your meals – Whenever possible, avoid eating on the go. Sit down at a table and enjoy your meals instead of rushing off, and eating in your car. You’ll enjoy your food more, and you won’t overeat.
